Our famous and renowned 17th century hotel is set in the heart of the stunning Cambrian Mountains of mid-Wales. The hotel is perched on the edge of the Rheidol Gorge and has stunning views from most rooms and our a la carte restaurant where there is a choice of freshly prepared local and international cuisine served six nights per week. As an alternative you may wish to enjoy a drink and a bar meal in either of our two lounge bars where you can relax by the log fires and eat, once again, a wide range of innovative freshly prepared and cooked bar meals. All rooms are en-suite and are located on two floors with easy access. Vegetarians and specialist diets are catered for - please just let us know your requirements and we will do our best to meet them. Ample car parking and lock-ups for motor cycles and bicycles available and situated only 1 mile from the increasingly popular mountain bike trails of Nant-yr-Arian.
