Weddings and Conferences
Barnsdale Gardens is such a magical setting that we are often asked whether it is possible to host a Civil Marriage Ceremony in the grounds. We love to share our Garden and would be very happy to help you create your 'perfect day'. The stunning gardens make for the perfect romantic day and the location for the ceremony itself is in the conservatory of the Paradise Garden with the remainder of the gardens also at your disposal for photographs for as long as you need. Approaching Oakham on A606 from Melton Mowbray. Continue through Oakham, staying on the A606, turning left at the roundabout directing to Stamford and Barnsdale. Proceed along this road for approximately 2 miles. Turn left at Barnsdale Lodge Hotel towards Exton and our entrance is then 1 mile on the left.

Approaching Oakham on A606 from Stamford. Pass through Empingham and then Whitwell. After approximately ΒΌ of a mile from Whitwell turn right at Barnsdale Lodge Hotel towards Exton and our entrance is then 1 mile on the left.

Approaching Oakham on A6003 from Uppingham, turn right onto A606 at the first roundabout. Proceed along this road for approximately 2 miles. Turn left at Barnsdale Lodge Hotel towards Exton and our entrance is then 1 mile on the left.
