The menu changes regularly to reflect local and seasonal availability. Dishes can be cooked plainly if preferred, and most dietary requirements can be accommodated. The Restaurant, which is air-conditioned, has an outstanding list of fine wines from the world’s best wine-producing areas. Many quality wines are available by the glass.
